Developing critical resources for the green economy

Critical Minerals: Neodymium & Praseodymium

Widely in demand

Neodymium (Nd) and Praseodymium (Pr) are used to make high strength & high performance magnets used in high-performance, low-weight and small size electric motors and generators.

key to our future interconnectivity

Smart solutions to clean energy sourcing, and efficient power transmission. 93% of all Electric Vehicle (EV) motors are permanent magnet traction motors.

Efficient & Reliable

The forecasted increase in wind power supply will almost fully substitute the decline in the coal-based power supply. High-performance materials are essential for reliable e-mobility and renewable energy generation

Rare Earth Metals Availability

More than 80% of all refined rare earths
products are currently produced in China. Countries around the world are actively seeking rare earth resources outside of China as trade disputes and political tensions rise.

Market Potential

Other use cases include computers, robotics, brake energy recapture, and medical technology. Nd is a key rare earth element (along with Praseodymium) to the high-growth, hi-tech markets that support a circular economy.

Accelerating market demand

Transition to clean technology is accelerating, creating a demand-supply gap of Neodymium (Nd).

Highly dependant markets

Nd&Pr (rare earth elements neodymium (Nd) and praseodymium (Pr)) are critical ingredients for electric motor vehicles and wind turbine generators.

Supply Gap

For main NdPr magnet applications.

Eureka is A monazite hosted
rare earth element project in Namibia

Investor Information:

17 Additional targets on EPL 6762 have been identified and are being explored. The recent purchase of EPL 8748 that gained 100% of the Eureka Dome have added ~200% more exploration opportunities.

Attractive deposit characteristics – well constrained deposit, low depth, enriched REE grades with a high proportion of Nd & Pr.

Easy physical processability – conventional REE ore mineral of consistently low thorium content, won by simple gravitational and magnetic methods.

Project accessibility - flat topography, sparsely populated, close proximity to major highway and Walvis Bay container port, on-site water and electricity access, in a favourable mining jurisdiction.

Exploration update

E-Tech Resources Unravels Regional-Scale Rare Earth Potential at Its Eureka Tenement in Namibia

E-Tech Resources announced an update on the 2023 exploration activities on its 100%-owned Eureka project on Exclusive Prospecting License (“EPL”) 6762 in Namibia.

They implemented corporate and exploration management changes in the second half of 2023, which resulted in the Company reassessing and revising its exploration strategy and approach.

The reassessment of historic data in 2023 resulted in a revised view of the lithological and structural setting of the light rare earth element (“LREE”) mineralization on the Eureka project and the immediate roll-out of an exploration program including a systematic property-wide geochemical soil sampling program covering the “Eureka dome” structure and selected ultra high-resolution drone-based magnetic surveys in Q4 2023.

E-Tech Resources Inc. Ramps up Exploration Activities and Engages Gecko Namibia and Flightec Namibia

Announcing the engagement of Gecko Namibia (Pty) Ltd. (“Gecko”) and Flightec Namibia (“Flightec”) to support ongoing exploration and development activities on its 100% owned Eureka project.

E-Tech has evaluated the results of the current exploration program and is now expanding its activities to include a Phase 1 Ultra-high resolution UAV-borne magnetic survey.  This survey is planned to be conducted by Flightec later this year.

Development Update

E-Tech Resources enters into MOU to evaluate deployment of Novamera’s Surgical Mining Technologies at Eureka Project

Halifax, Nova Scotia-(Newsfile Corp. – September 27, 2023) – E-Tech Resources Inc. (TSXV: REE) (FSE: K2i) (“E-Tech” or the “Company“), a rare earth element exploration and development company which owns 100% of the Eureka Project in Namibia (the “Project“), is pleased to announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU“) with Novamera Inc. (“Novamera“) to evaluate the use of surgical mining and Novamera’s technologies as the extraction method for the Project. The MOU sets out a series of milestones that include a conceptual surgical mining economic desktop evaluation (commencing immediately), Guidance Tool calibration activities and a bulk sample. The parties are planning to initiate these activities over the next twelve months.

E-Tech Resources expands Mineral Landholdings at the Eureka REE Project

E-Tech has entered into a definitive agreement (the “Purchase Agreement“) to acquire an 85% interest in exclusive prospecting license 8748 (“EPL 8748“)

EPL 8748 is located in the Erongo Mining Corridor of Namibia which lies adjacent to, and surrounds the Company’s 100% owned exclusive prospecting license 6762 (“EPL 6762“).

EPL 8748 (165.2 km2) contains a significant portion of the prospective Eureka Dome, the geological feature hosting the mineralised REE bearing carbonatites of which Zones 1 to 4 (~1 km2) on EPL 6762 form part.

The Dome is ~12.5 km long (NE) and ~6 km wide (NW), ~56 km2. Approximately a third (~20.7 km2) of the Dome falls within the EPL 6762 boundary whereas the remaining proportion (~35.3 km2) falls on the adjoining license EPL 8748
