    Cryogenic thermometry products
    These include temperature monitors, controllers, AC resistance bridges, and cryogenic sensors, such as industry-leading Cernox® thin-film RTDs and silicon diode, germanium, and ruthenium oxide sensors, as well as platinum RTDs.

    A full range of lab cooling solutions
    These include liquid nitrogen, liquid helium, and closed-cycle refrigerator (cryogen-free) cryostats as well as cryocoolers and various other lab cooling systems optimised for researchers.

    Cryogenic probe stations
    Configurable with up to eight micro-manipulated probe arms, these versatile stations enable non-destructive probing and characterising of materials or devices at temperatures as low as 1.6 K and in fields to as high as 5 T under vacuum. Probes are available for on-wafer DC, RF, and microwave measurements. Also available: Models for cryogen-free or liquid cryogen operation and high-temperature options to 675 K.

    Complete Hall effect measurement solutions
    These include the MeasureReady™ M91 FastHall™ measurement controller, which provides higher levels of precision and speed than traditional Hall measurement solutions. Featuring patented FastHall™ technology, it reduces the time required to complete a sequence of Hall measurements by a factor of up to 100×. It’s available on its own or as part of a complete tabletop system (FastHall Station).

    A unique modular synchronous source measure system
    The MeasureReady™ M81-SSM system provides synchronous DC, AC, and mixed DC + AC source and measure to 100 kHz frequencies for low-level measurements of materials. The multichannel system combines the absolute precision of DC with the detection sensitivity of an AC lock-in, and owing to a unique modular architecture, it allows source and measure amplifiers to be located as close as possible to the sample being characterised. This, in turn, minimises noise while increasing the sensitivity and accuracy of the measurement. Plus, the system is simpler to set up, configure, and operate than separate source and measure instruments.

    Highly sensitive vibrating sample magnetometers
    Our electromagnet-based VSMs enable fast, convenient characterisation and analysis of magnetic material properties. Featuring a design that ensures repeatable measurements, our 8600 Series VSMs can be used to characterise properties of samples over a 4.2 K to 1273 K temperature range and at variable fields to 3.26 T.

    Multi-purpose electromagnet platforms
    Our modular MeasureReady MCS-EMP systems quickly adapt to a wide range of characterisation applications, providing all the essential components required for automated, variable field experiments. Each MCS-EMP builds on a 4- or 7-inch electromagnet and includes a magnet power supply, teslameter, and PC with MeasureLINK-MCS control software.

    Superconducting magnet systems
    By maintaining flexibility over the specification and integration of the magnet, electronics, temperature controller, and cryostat, we are able to offer magnet systems with performance characteristics tailored to individual experimental and budgetary requirements. Also available: cryogen-free systems, which can be ordered with an electrical transport measurement package that includes our M91 FastHall™ measurement controller.
